Many of us waiting with the hope that a new vaccine may be introduced within a few months. There are currently many researches going on for vaccine development, as per health experts, it is difficult to find vaccines for coronaviruses. Earlier freedom enjoying life now badly effected due to coronavirus outbreak. As per WHO, coronavirus will never go and it will continue, also vaccines may not come as per information of WHO.

No one knows how long this coronavirus safety measures we need to continue, however with this safety measure you have to improve your health immunity while practising social distancing. In parallel with healthy eating its also important for keeping the immune system to boost and maintain.

What food you can intake daily to boost your immunity?


 1. Start your day with tulsi, Pippali, and ginger tea to strengthen and cleanse the upper respiratory area.
2.  Using turmeric and black pepper in the meals daily will help to boost immunity and reduce toxins. Turmeric can be taken as a drink with almond milk or added to morning oats to prepare a nourishing golden porridge.
